Mistletoe for Merry Monday

With all the stamps in my collection, one would think I would have one that was mistletoe.  I searched high and low, and no mistletoe could be found.  So I set out to create my own for the Merry Monday challenge, and here is my design . . .

I used a leaf stamp from Paper Smooches to create the mistletoe, and I stamped in two different shades of green ink.  I then added some Pretty Pink Posh Marshmallow sequins and punched two holes on either side of my mistletoe to tie a bow.

My sentiment is stamped above three scored lines.  It was a simple card, but fun to create.

  8. LOOOOOOVE this! First, making your own mistletoe is awesome...adding the sequins as berries is ingenious, but tying it all together with that pretty red ribbon sends it over the top! Beautiful!
