Rise and Shine!

I was inspired by Little Red Wagon to make a card inspired by the prompt, "Let's Eat".  So this morning I made a few eggs over easy with a bit of cheese.  They were delicious and keto.

Then I went to my craft table and made a few eggs sunny-side with a slice of bacon, some fruit and milk.  I enjoyed with the Sun Post.

It's all about the details for me.  I love trying to make paper look real.  My gingham plate is adorable and I wish I had one just like it in my cabinet.  My yolk is so sunny side up, it's almost annoying (I am not a fan except that they look adorable).  My milk bottle is glass, by the way.

Rise and shine! And once you do, go create something fun.

Cry. Laugh. Remember. - Inspired by Just Add Ink

Lots of stamping on this card - both backgrounds and images.  This one was inspired by Just Add Ink where there was an inspiration photo that I've included below with my supply list.

I pulled out an old stamp set for this one.  I think this was one of my first "Club Sursee" sets from Catherine Pooler Designs.  I love that it had the three background panels.

I decided to go with a sympathy card, and I love the sentiment that is stamped on this.  Three words that say it all!

The inspiration for my card was the window pains from a layout perspective and of course, the color combination.

Enjoy some crafty time today!

Many Hoorays for Seize the Birthday

The prompt at Seize the Birthday . . ,

My many of something was die cut "hooray" cheers and a lot of hearts stamped to my card base.

I do love a rainbow of colors, whether it includes all the rainbow or my own version. This color combination was inspired by some scrap cardstock that was in my pile.  I didn't end up using the cardstock, but I did match my inks to the colors.

And my hearts have a bit of sparkle.  I refer to this as the gumdrop technique.  Glossy Accents with a sprinkle of glitter. Adds a bit of extra dimension.

Take sometime to glitter something today!

Flower Power

A creation for Little Red Wagon, where the theme was "Flower Power" this time around.

Not a whole lot of "power" in black and white, but these little gold beads for the center give this card some power.

Sometimes the hardest part is getting the little things to stick.

I hope you find some time to make something stick today.

Be My Valentine

Decided to make my sentiment the star for the current Lawn Fawnatics Challenge

With February right around the corner, I decided to go with a Valentine's Day theme.  Of course, my sentiment came first, and then came the creation of my background for my air mail delivery bird!

A blue sky background seemed appropriate.

Love my Lawn Fawn critters and supplies.  I hope you find sometime to get creative today!

Birds of a Feather

I've been so lax in creating and posting . . . work gets in the way yet again.  I decided to get crafty with a challenge, and here's a little something with wings for the Just Add Ink Challenge.

For this one I used a mix of products, including one of my favorite stamp sets.  Come on!  Birds with scarves!

After coloring the scarves, I heat embossed with some embossing glitter.  A combo of stencils and stamps were used for my background pieces.

I hope you are able to create today!
