Enjoy the Little Things in Life

Enamel dots were the challenge element at Use Your Stuff.  Oh but what to do . . . use enamel dots with adhesive, or create my own.

I do love my enamel accents.  I've used them to color, which creates dimension on items.  Today I used a stamp from Pretty Pink Post that has guidelines for dots.  You can use whatever you want to fill the dots, or I suppose not fill them at all. I used my enamel accents to fill mine and suffice for the challenge.  Or is that cheating.

Little dots . . . with a reminder to enjoy the little things.  I had to keep a steady hand.

I hope you find some time to create today.

Fun Creation for Fusion

Hi all!

Tried to keep my colors and sketch true to theme. Here is the inspiration for this Fusion Challenge

The challenge . . .

Here is my card . . .

Tried to get artsy with this one . . . some watercolor, and some embossing, and tried to stay close to the colors in the sketch (which is likely a stretch).

I do love how this one turned out.

I hope you find some time to create.

Debbie

Going Green

Created a little something green today, inspired by Cards in Envy's Green Things challenge.  And what is more green than turtles?

And a lot of turtles, indeed.

I love monochromatic cards.  I just find them to be so calming.

I hope you find some time to create today!

Birthday Greeting for Stamp. Ink. Paper.

I've been so busy, it's been hard to find time to create.  But I had a bit of a sit down last night and created a few cards.  The card I'm sharing here was created with this as my inspiration which is from Stamp. Ink. Paper.

I love all those colors.  Here is my card . . .

As odd as it sounds, I colored in the candles using Ranger Enamel Accents.  I had these nice vibrant colors and thought it would give a bit of waxy look to the candles.  A bit tedious, because the accents are thick, but it was worth the effort.   You can see the shine it gave on those candles on the right.

I hope you find some time to create.
