CAS on Friday . . . Use a Tag

Does it count if said tag, for CAS on Friday, is one you didn't create?

Well, I had these tags, and felt they deserved to be used on a card . . . they were from a card kit, so of course they belong on a card.

I do love the texture on this tag.  And I'm loving my color combination.
