Back to Crafty Goodness

I feel like it's confession.  Hello, my name is Debbie.  It has been nearly three long weeks since my last post, and even longer since I've really been able to be super crafty.  During that time I made very little, but I continued to get my monthly kits.  This week has been like Christmas!

So I do have a card to share today.  This one is for Merry Monday! It is monochromatic shades of blue (with some added white and silver).  It is also my first try at the Bokeh technique.  I have to tell you that I am in love!

So here is my card for Merry Monday . . .

The shades of blue on this one were Chipped Sapphire, Stormy Sky and Weathered Wood.  I'm not one to fawn over my own stuff, but I will tell you the picture on this doesn't do it justice.  It was sprayed with some Perfect Pearls, and it has the most amazing sheen.  I've been distracted by it all day!

If you haven't tried this technique . . . do!

So fun to be creative again.  I hope you find a break in your day to create!

  4. Can't believe this is your first try at Bokeh effect! It is fabulous and even though the screen does not show it to full beauty (I'm sure) the depth and subtle coloring are amazing! It makes me want to go play with Bokeh some more! WOW!!!
