Hollywood Inspired Creation for Seize the Birthday

The card I am sharing tonight is another for StampNation's California vacation.  The theme on this one was Hollywood.  I could only think of the lyric, "Hooray for Hollywood".  I glitzed up my sentiment with some black sparkle embossing powder. 

I am also entering this into the Seize the Birthday challenge, which was an Anything Goes challenge this week.  For me personally, a birthday would never be a "big moment".  But the person my card is for treats a birthday like a month-long event!  She wants to be the center of attention, so this card will be perfect for her. 

I inlaid the "hooray" circle die into the pattern papers with the card base showing.  I also glitzed up the edges of my banner.  

Hoping she will love this card.
