Smile . . . for CAS(E) this Sketch

Playing along with this week's CAS(E) this Sketch and here is my design . . .

I let my pattern paper do most of the talking on this one, so the challenge was finding the right combinations so that they blend together well and one doesn't overpower another.  I was pleased with the result.
