Layered Stamping for Paper Smooches

"Anything Goes" was this week's challenge at Paper Smooches.  Here is my creation . . .

The sentiment and cupcake were stamped on white cardstock, and then the sentiment was stamped on the frame that was also cut from white cardstock.
