I decided to play along with the colorful Fusion Challenge which includes a photo inspiration and a sketch with the option to use one or both. Here is the inspiration . . .
As you will see below, I decided to use both. I pulled my color inspiration from the photo and used the sketch to direct the layout of my card.
I've been focusing on masculine cards while working using my Simon Says Stamp May Card Kit and while being inspired by the Cards for Him Class that I've been watching. So I went with a more masculine card. I tried to stay away from the ribbon, but I thought it would work for the sketch, and it's not too feminine looking, right?
The card was inspired by three things . . . a sketch from my place for friendship and inspiration, StampNation . . . a recent video that I watched from a Cards for Him class from Catherine Pooler
and of course, my card kit which has some very masculine stamps and
paper (great timing with the Cards for Him class coming out right around
